At LifeLine Therapy Center I have the privilege to support individuals, couples and families on their life’s journey through challenging, difficult and confusing times. My service is based on core beliefs to give you Respect, Insight, Compassion, and Empathy. If you feel like your voice is unheard, your opinion doesn’t matter, your feelings are rarely validated, and very alone with your problems than you are looking into the right place. I’m committed to give you my best work so that you can be your best self. Therapy in my practice is genuine and practical. It is given to you with change-based strategies, advice, and tasks to shift your life in a better direction.
As a relationship specialist I believe that your relationships have a powerful influence on your life and speak volumes about you as an individual. In my practice I have found that if your relationships aren’t any good, you aren’t any good. The focus will not only be on your life circumstances and your response to them, but also on how you contribute to the relationships in your life. We will embrace the healthy and unhealthy ones, and identify how to work on them or to deal with letting them go.
I love what I do and have compassion for all my clients. My compassion stems from having and overcoming similar experiences that those that I work with encounter. I have had toxic friendships, but now have healthy relationships, overcome and conquered marital challenges, learned how to make self-care a priority because I’m worth it, I’m a mom who went through postpartum depression, perinatal depression, pregnancy loss, and I have an Awesome school-aged child who is diagnosed with High Functioning Autism. Many of my fellow colleagues can’t speak to the experience of their client as one that was once their own. Therefore, my own life’s journey, education, professional training and experience makes me more than qualified to help you get through the storms of your life.
